For reasons of hygiene, health regulations, and intimate product safety, all sales at Ideserve.love are generally final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for most items once they have been opened or used.

Shipping Offer
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $99 (before tax and after discounts).
Shipping promotions apply automatically at checkout and may be subject to change without notice.
Eligibility for Returns
A return may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in the original sealed packaging
- The item is in the same condition as when received
- You can provide a receipt or proof of purchase
- The request is made within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Intimate or personal wellness products
- Health and personal care items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Digital or downloadable products
We also do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Manufacturer Defects or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange, please email support@ideserve.love with your order number and photos of the issue.
Gifts
- If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit if eligible
- If the order was shipped to the gift giver first, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for high-value items
- Ideserve.love is not responsible for lost return shipments
